We run bite-catering.co.uk and provide premium chilled meal delivery (including paellas, drinks, and desserts) across our local delivery area (Starcross through to Bishopsteignton, including nearby areas such as Dawlish and Teignmouth). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have—clearly and without the legal waffle.

1. Who we are

Bite Catering Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the organisation responsible for the personal information collected via our website and customer communications. If anything here doesn’t make sense, please get in touch—we’re happy to help.

Delivery details: address within our delivery area and any delivery notes (e.g., safe place, gate code).
Order details: what you ordered, delivery date/time window (including our Friday deliveries), and any messages you send us.
Payment details: payments are handled by secure third‑party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction details (e.g., amount, time, reference). We do not store full card details on our servers.
Messages & support history: emails or messages you send us, and our replies.
Website/technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (based on IP).
Cookies, analytics & similar tech: we use cookies (and similar technologies) to make the site work, remember preferences and baskets, and understand how the site is used. Some cookies are strictly necessary; others (like analytics) help us improve the site. You can control cookies via your browser settings and, where available, our cookie choices on the site.

Fulfil your order (confirmations, receipts, preparing and packing your chilled meals).
